Welcome to MyTsCupid. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, digital profile tools, vCard services, QR code features, social link tools, subscription plans and related online services.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, using our platform or accessing any part of our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Our Services
MyTsCupid provides True Social Profile Tools. Our services allow users to create, manage and share digital profile cards, vCards, QR codes, social links, contact details, photo galleries, service sections, profile pages and related online profile features.
Users can create a digital profile page and share it through a unique link, QR code, email, social media, messaging apps or other online channels. The exact features available to a user depend on the selected plan, subscription type, account settings and any active limits shown on our website.
Our services are provided as digital online services. We do not provide physical products unless this is clearly stated on a specific order page.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and while using the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You are also responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, unless the activity was caused by our own technical failure or unlawful access that was not caused by you.
You must notify us as soon as possible if you believe that your account has been used without permission.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity required in your country to enter into a binding agreement with us.
By using our services, you confirm that you are allowed to use online digital services and that your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation or third-party rights.
5. Subscription Plans
MyTsCupid may offer free, trial, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or other subscription plans. The available plans, prices, billing periods, features and limits are shown on the pricing page or checkout page before purchase.
A subscription gives access to the features included in the selected plan for the active subscription period. Some plans may include limits, such as a maximum number of profile cards, services, products, links, galleries, enquiries, storage or other features.
We may change, add or remove plans in the future. Changes will not reduce the paid access period that you have already purchased, unless required for legal, security or technical reasons.
6. Trials and Free Plans
We may offer a free plan or a trial period. The exact duration, limits and features of a free plan or trial are shown on the website.
A trial or free plan may be limited in functionality. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free plans or trial offers at any time, provided that this does not affect paid services already purchased by existing users.
7. Credits and Additional Features
MyTsCupid may offer credits or add-on features. Credits may be used for specific digital tools, upgrades, extra profile features, additional usage, storage, exports, templates or other functions as described on the website.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits are intended only for use within the MyTsCupid platform. Unless stated otherwise, unused credits are not refundable after they have been delivered to your account.
We may set technical or fair-use limits for credits and add-on features to protect the stability and security of the platform.
8. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown on the website before purchase. Prices may be displayed with or without VAT or other applicable taxes, depending on your location, account type and the checkout process.
You are responsible for checking the final price, billing period and included features before completing your purchase.
We may update our prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect an already paid subscription period. If a recurring subscription is affected by a price change, we will provide information about the change before the new price applies, where required by law.
9. Payments
Payments are processed through payment methods and payment service providers made available on the website. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times. A payment may be refused, delayed or cancelled by the payment provider, card issuer, bank or fraud prevention system.
Access to paid features may start after the payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
10. Recurring Billing
If you choose a recurring subscription, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
You can cancel a recurring subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account, through the payment provider or by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid features may remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless stated otherwise during the cancellation process.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account may be downgraded to a free plan or limited plan. Some features, profile cards, links, galleries or other content may become inactive or unavailable if they exceed the limits of the remaining plan.
12. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Because MyTsCupid provides digital services and digital content, you may lose your right of withdrawal if you expressly agree that the service starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has started or digital content has been delivered.
Where the right of withdrawal applies and has not been waived or lost, you can contact us within the legal withdrawal period to request cancellation and, where applicable, a refund.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided where required by law or where we decide, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to a verified technical issue, duplicate payment or billing error.
Refunds are generally not provided for used subscription periods, delivered digital features, activated services, used credits, expired plans or situations where a user simply decides not to use the service after access has been provided.
If you believe that you were charged incorrectly or that the service did not work as expected, please contact us with your account email, order details and a clear description of the issue.
14. Delivery of Digital Services
Our services are delivered digitally. After successful registration or payment, access is usually provided through your online account and dashboard.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, fraud checks, technical issues, maintenance or account review. We will try to resolve such delays as soon as reasonably possible.
15. User Content
You are responsible for all content that you upload, publish, display or share through MyTsCupid. This may include names, photos, text, contact details, links, business information, service descriptions, products, gallery images, logos and other materials.
You confirm that you own your content or have the required rights, permissions and licences to use and publish it.
You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent, spam-related, harmful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
16. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use MyTsCupid for illegal, harmful, misleading or abusive purposes.
You must not use our services to distribute malware, phishing links, scams, fake offers, unlawful products, infringing content, spam, unauthorized advertising or content that violates the rights of others.
You must not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, damage, overload, hack, disrupt or misuse the platform, servers, payment systems or security features.
17. Review and Removal of Content
We may review, restrict, remove or disable content if we believe that it violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, third-party rights, payment provider requirements, security rules or the intended use of the platform.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these terms.
18. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, platform features, website content, branding, logos, text, graphics and other materials provided by MyTsCupid are owned by us or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute or exploit our platform or materials without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a limited licence to host, display, process and share your content as necessary to provide the services.
19. Third-Party Links and Services
MyTsCupid may allow users to add links to third-party websites, social media profiles, maps, videos, payment details or other external resources.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, privacy practices or transactions. You access third-party services at your own risk.
20. Service Availability
We aim to keep MyTsCupid available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or third-party service.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
21. Changes to the Platform
We may update, improve, modify or discontinue parts of the platform from time to time. This may include changes to features, layouts, dashboards, templates, technical systems or integrations.
Where possible, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active users.
22. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the platform, create legal or security risks, or use the service in a way that may harm MyTsCupid, other users, payment providers or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your account deleted, you can contact us or use the account deletion options if available.
23. Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you may have.
By using MyTsCupid, you agree that we may process personal data as necessary to provide the services, manage accounts, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTsCupid is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, reputational damage or damages caused by third-party services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event that caused the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where this is not allowed by law.
25. No Guarantee of Results
MyTsCupid provides tools for creating and sharing digital profile cards and online profile information. We do not guarantee that using our services will lead to more customers, more contacts, more sales, more traffic or any specific result.
Your results may depend on your own content, sharing activity, audience, market, location and many other factors outside our control.
26. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyTsCupid harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights.
27. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include internet outages, hosting failures, cyberattacks, payment provider issues, government actions, natural disasters, labour disputes or other unexpected events.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
If the changes are important, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective means that you accept the updated terms.
29. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring the dispute before another court.
