By purchasing a subscription, credits or any paid digital service from MyTSCupid, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Services and Immediate Access

MyTSCupid offers digital services that are delivered online. After a successful payment, access to the selected plan, features, credits or digital tools may be provided immediately through your account dashboard.

Because our services are digital and can be used immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may depend on whether the service has already been accessed, activated, used or delivered.

2. Subscription Plans

MyTSCupid may offer subscription plans for different periods, such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual access. The exact plan duration, price and included features are shown before checkout.

When you purchase a subscription, your account receives access to the features included in that plan. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before completing your payment.

3. Credit Purchases

Credits are digital items connected to your MyTSCupid account. Once credits have been used, spent or applied to a feature, they are generally not refundable, unless required by applicable law or unless there has been a technical issue caused by MyTSCupid.

4. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

7. Cancellations

11. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will usually be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

MyTSCupid is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks or payment processors after the refund has been submitted.

12. Chargebacks
